- الشاشات التي تزورها داخل التطبيق
- Screens visited within the app
- نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصداره
- Device type, operating system and version
- البلد أو المنطقة الجغرافية (تقريبي)
- Country or geographic region (approximate)
- مدة الجلسة وعدد مرات فتح التطبيق
- Session duration and app open count
ب) تقارير الأعطال — Firebase Crashlytics
b) Crash Reports — Firebase Crashlytics
- عند توقف التطبيق مفاجئاً يُرسَل تقرير تقني يتضمن نوع الخطأ ونوع الجهاز فقط
- If the app crashes, a technical report is sent with error type and device model only
- لا يحتوي التقرير على أي بيانات شخصية
- No personal data is included in crash reports

- بيانات Firebase مخزّنة على خوادم Google وفق أعلى معايير الأمان
- Firebase data is stored on Google servers to the highest security standards
سياسة الأطفال
Children's Policy
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا علمت أن طفلاً قدّم بيانات، تواصل معنا فوراً لحذفها.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately for deletion.
